Booking Terms
Booking Process
To place a booking with us the lead guest must be at least 16 years of age. The maximum number of staying guests per room is illustrated in the room occupancy details on the website.
To secure any booking we require a deposit to be paid in advance. Deposit payments must be 'cleared funds' before a booking can be confirmed.
Payments can be made online / over the phone using debit / credit card as well as by digital bank transfer, cheque or cash deposit.

Check-in
Check-in: 14:00 - 19:00 on day of arrival
Check-out
Check-out: by 11:00 on day of departure
Cancellation Policy
Non-arrival guests forfeit their deposit and the full booking amount will be due.
WiFi Usage Policy
Where WiFi Internet access is provided, guests accept to use this access fairly and appropriately. The Internet access is intended for general use such as web browsing, email, messaging, and social media.
Damages & Lost Property
We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible.
Any lost property will be held for a period of 1 month. We encourage guests to ensure they have all their belongings before checking-out.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas as signposted throughout the accommodation grounds.
Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Parking
Where on-site parking is provided, guests park their vehicles at their own risk.
